So...the gist is that he is suing a private entity because that private entity isn't giving he and his cohorts enough money.
Easy...don't give he and his cohorts any, extortion shouldn't be allowed to pass.
And here I was thinking the US was the bastion of capitalism.
And yes, he does look like cosby.
