He should be suing them for all the unhealthy food they’re selling to AAs, contributing to their known issues of obesity, hypertension, high cholesterol, etc. That, of course, wouldn’t out any money in his pocket.
It would seem that if 40% of their sales is to AAs, their advertising is working, just not for him.
