Go with the 4 stroke if you can . I upgraded my 2012 Mercury 90 to a 2019 90hp four stroke 2 years ago .
Quieter , no fumes or worrying about 2 cycle oil . It probably gets 1/3 more runtime on a tank of gas .
Go with an all aluminum welded hull , it will out last you .
