I do the low magnification reading glasses trick. No need for a prescription, just get 1.00 or 1.25x cheapies off eBay or at the drugstore. Works to sharpen front sight (and with handgun sights) while not blurring the target excessively. Not a perfect solution but it works to keep me in the iron sight game.
