Had cataract surgery on both eyes in late May. Like the OP, my vision was corrected for distance with the implant lenses. Now I use the cheap readers from Walmart or Dollar General for close up stuff. I have not found the need for low power readers when using iron sights. With my corrected vision I can now use and see through iron sights like I did when I was a teenager.
