Not had any issues with parts on my current and previous Mahindras. Mostly they are in the warehouse in Houston, and if a dealer needs a part, they next day it to them. The one exception was my air ride seat. They had to get it from India, and it was a couple of weeks. Probably because there's not much call to replace them.

Most of my Mahindra parts are in stock at the dealer, or next day.

It all boils down to the dealer, regardless of the brand.

Seems Mahindra has some "shade tree", small time dealers who don't have the expertise of established major brand dealers. Just my observation.

I guess starting up from scratch in an area, they have to work with who or what they can find.

If there is a "real" Mahindra dealer who can service a tractor, that may be different. In our area, Mahindra service is not that impressive.
