Some lawyer or cop help me out here.
If the driver had a deadly weapon and the cop grabbed it while pepper spraying, with the same outcome, would he be charged?
Or would it be understood to have been necessary, and having had actually
reduced violence?
If so, was this spraying right or wrong?
