They are intended to be read by humans, not God...after all, why would God need words to him written on a internet forum? That's what always struck me as so odd about so called Christians writing prayers on Facebook or other social media sites. I realize most simply ignore the parts of the Bible that instruct you on how to live and instead simply focus on how saved by grace they are, but how do you totally ignore Matthew 6 and its very obvious meaning? Seems damn near like sacrilege or something to "pray" to God on a place where you hope everyone will read it, in an obvious attempt to foster a certain image of yourself.
