Not sure if a 223 will completely clean up a 222 chamber but I doubt it. Might have to set it back a bit before rechambering.

I've made a lot of 222 and 6mmx222 brass from 223. As was discussed in the linked thread, trim to length and run it into a seating die first. That will greatly reduce any neck and shoulder wrinkles. Or use a form and trim die. I'd anneal the neck and shoulder as well before sizing.
