But McCarthy does deserve a ton of blame. Zero scheming (and proud of it), stale game plans, inability to make adjustments, poor situational awareness and horrendouse game/time management are hallmarks of Mike's coaching. Along with poor discipline.
Players play and coaches coach but players tend to play how they're coached which is why you have coaches.
Rodgers is 39-9 with Lafleur in the regular season. Was 24-23-1 in the 48 games before that under McCarthy.
