Unless you have too much. Think it was in the late 80's / early 90's they changed from all veterans qualify (what we were promised when we signed up) to there is a means test. Have a little saved and you do not qualify.
I think that's exactly why I was denied... Once wife retires and we're both on Soc Sec. I wonder if I'd qualify then?
