I'm pretty much use to the comments now, we grew up with whites talking down to us, we were taught how to deal with it. Mostly it was "keep your hands in your pockets and your mouth shut". Nobody wiped our azzes like they do today.
We were always ready to drop the gloves, even at my age I still am.
What we never were prepared for was other Natives calling us white lol, in my book, nobody gets a free pass on race alone, its your actions within your community is how you will be viewed, good or bad.
