I’ve smoked ribs on my jumbo Joe doing the snake method or whatever you like to call it. After getting a bigger trailer I just started hauling a 26” kettle around. I have smoked a butt on it several times. That said if we start camping more I’m pretty sold on your little pellet cooker. I sure like the idea of being gone riding horses for hours and not worrying too much about the meat.
