1st .... is he a minor that has been a 'Resident' with you?

If YES, it's likely a lot different than if he is an adult staying temporarily....

Ask for a restraining order...............

It doesn't stop anyone, but it does take 'Trespass' to a new level.............

Helps alleviate any ambiguity....
