Slum, my total cholesterol went up a bit, but LDL only a touch, while HDL jumped much more. My ratio improved a good bit. Since my calcium scan score was zero, it’s not a concern at all.

Everybody’s different, but this is working for me. No diabetes, no statins, and I’m eating very well, fresh veggies, meat, eggs, butter, EVOO, fish, cheese. Fugg a bunch of bread and taters.
