My main motivation besides being at a healthier weight is to fit in my wetsuit for my dive trip instead of spending $400 on a new one because I'm a hippo. When I jump in the water, I don't want to capsize the boat. And I'd prefer not to wear 20 pounds of weight to sink because I float like a buoy LOL.
