So what. When we were young and bullet proof things came and went. At your age and mine they mean something. Things inside are changing.
You’ve busted your hump for a very long time and now getting to the point of future enjoyment with family, friends etc, why be messed up and not get the most out of what you’ve worked/payed for?
Get ahead of it. See a very good specialist and get an answer, not an educated guess.
Been there, still dealing, heed my advice. Something like that is not a one and out.
