I'd guess you've never had homemade Polish kielbasa with homemade kraut, pity. Yes, I also like hotdogs. I fry onions on my Blackstone griddle and place scored (diagonally across, both ways) over the onions when they start to caramelize. Then brown them up on the griddle and toast the buns. Put the dogs on the buns and add the onions on top. Wonderful!!!
