Longbob, I am not saying it's good or bad to change the law, it's immaterial, what it does hint at is MOTIVE. Is RDS in it for the win? or as a spoiler and wants to keep his day job after he sucks votes away from Trump? It's not about the law...it's about motive, why is RDS preparing to lose?
Ok, let's talk about the appearance of a "motive" by passing this law. You are assuming that there is a motive born by the thought that RDS would lose thus the need to change the law if I am reading your posts correctly. In order for that to be a true motivation then the inverse would also need to be true. IE: Passing a resign to run law that would indicate the candidate's "motive" is that they expect to win.
It is my opinion that would be an absolute ridiculous motive or assumption.
