This doesn't strike me as leftist.
Leftist attacks are generally about symbolism, stuff like throwing paint on famous paintings.
These attacks are practical. A few shots at the right equipment and they shut off power to tens of thousands of homes.
Who ever is doing this, they had a job. They understand how the world works beyond what you can learn in a genders studies text book.
If this is domestic, it's coming from the right, not the left.
