Update - been a month and a day since diagnosed.
Looks like they'll be wheels up for Walter Reed tomorrow at some point. Once back to the states, 8 months treatment there before he can come all the way home to WI.
He's lost all his hair but is in really good spirits. Very strong young man.
Can't say enough how much I appreciate the prayers and messages. Thank you all.
Hair grows back. It might loose some curl, color or thickness, but it generally grows back.
