I shot first bear with 50 cal black powder.
2nd with 99EG 300 sav.
3rd with Sav 99 in 375.
4th with 100 year old 1899 in 303 Sav.
They all work just fine. The last bear took a 2nd shot cause my neck shot missed the spine by about 1 inch and he got up and took off...
