Rare happens. 1 out of 33 isn’t astronomical odds.
If we are talking lone biological females, the numbers are lower than 3%.
Their was a female shooter in San Bernardino, but she was part of a couple.
We had Two "female's" shoot up a school here in Colorado, but the leader was a Trans male with "her" "lesbian" girlfriend.
Additionally, they know who the person is but are only letting the information dribble out. When you add it all up, there's more than a good chance something's "really off" about this.
