There are 2 “stores” I frequent often and I know the owners. Both guys said that they would NOT sell to anyone that checked non binary. Both said that alone was an admission of a mental condition that they weren’t comfortable transferring a firearm to. 1 guy actually had “something” check the non binary box on the 4473 and he said that he explained his position, refunded the money and sent it on its way. 👍🏼
