Watch it come out the guns were private sale or gunshow state to state resident. Or the feds say it was gunshow out of state residence purchase. Gun show loop hole / private sale " issue" they might try to spin.

The current narrative is that at least two of the guns were "legally purchased" and one was an AR with a pistol brace.
So what about the one not determined to be "legally purchased?
Was it made from an 80% lower?
Are they claiming it's wasn't legal because it needed a stamp, or the original 4473 was in someone else's name?
But it kind of puts them in a pickle where they have to decide between dragging this special protected snowflake through the mud or using this tragedy to bolster the ATF's floundering rule making efforts.
