[ Still, it’s a bit of a stretch to say a standard duplex can’t get past 150. A hunter can easily go at least a hundred more with a plain Jane Leupold 4x.
150 ? Maybe if you're shooting a .44-40 or similar. 300 is easy with any reasonably flat cartridge .243, .270, .30-06 etc.. Hell 200 is easy with a .30-30.
