I haven't actually hunted with this one, but when going through some of my grandfather's things I found a .351 S.L.R. cartridge. Pretty oddball. Wish I had the gun that went with it.
My ex wife's dad had a 351 Win SL...
and an old box of full of ammo for it, all with green brass to it...
He let his 15 yr old son hunt with it...
Sadly when they ran out of ammo, they just took the gun to the dump...my ex's family was like that with a lot of stuff..
it had belonged to My Father in Laws father...
what a waste of a classic firearm...
I didn't handload in those days tho...
