Which portion of the Bill of Rights has been directly incorporated? I thought they all were selectively incorporated. But, I've been wrong before.
Anyway, I think it's a huge win for us. It did not appear to tackle the level of scrutiny for 2A cases, choosing instead to use some of the dicta from Heller and make a distinction on the facts. The first amendment argument was lame on the plaintiff's part, so it was no big deal to lose that. All we need now is a strict scrutiny case to come out of a conservative circuit.
