I first heard about the discontinuation while chatting with a friend from IA. Natually that got me thinking about them, the juices flowing, an itch started, and within a week, I just had to have one. Looking through the catalog the Legacy model just spoke to me. Unfortunately, there was one in stock at a local distributor. No Cinderella story here, $460. Of course it's in .17 HMR so that ratcheted up the cost a bit. Dang it's nice. When it gets up to 15 I'll head to the range and warm it up. Please don't mention any other classic designs being discontinued, my marriage may depend on it.
