The most accurate 22 RF Sporter I've shot is my CZ 452 which grouped 3/16" at 50 yards for four shots(Last 4 shots in the box).
It is more accurate than my Anschutz 1710, but I didn't do much ammo testing with the 1710 to be honest.
The others mentioned above are good possibilities, I just haven't owned any of them.
For a semi auto, the TC Classic is THE most accurate out of the box semi auto I know about. You gotta do a lot of mod work to a 10-22 to get the same kind of accuracy as with the stock TC.
