And i'd bet you could find one in the classifieds here for almost nothing.
With some used brass from your collection, you can be set up with the kit, bullets, powder and primers for around a bill...
This would acquaint you with the essentials of loading, and produce ammo as good or better than you can buy.
And your net expenditure per round, for your first 100 rounds would be less than what you can buy 100 factory for. The cost goes down from there.
