Used a lot of 4064, both IMR & the Accurate version for many years, on quite a few hunts with no complaints. Over the last 3 or 4 years I have adopted Varget and a 250 gr Partition as my go to load. It is very accurate in my pair of Whelens. One of these bullets moving between 2450 & 2500 fps is devastating on game.
For years I thought the Whelen's modest velocity didn't require a Partition, but on the other hand, no down side either. In my case it was simply a little more accurate than the Hornady's I had been using.
