My current 35 wh like H4895 under a 250 Partition lit by a WLR. My previous 35 liked IMR 4064 under a 250 Hornady SP lit by a WLR. Both at 1" groups.
What kind of velocity were you getting with the H4895 and the 250 Partition?

In my current 22" Ruger, I'm getting 2450-2475 with 54.0 grains. I usually get 2500 in my Whelens with a 250 and have gotten 2550 with Re 15. I'm skippy happy with anything over 2400.
I've been to Saltsburg a couple of times. I used to work for PADEP in the mining program. You may have had a bit of mining in Indianna County
