I have a box of the Speer 170 gr rn .270 bullets and just haven't seen a need to load them...

My last years bull, a 5x5 Roosevelts took two 150 Core Lokts that were pass throughs. They worked perfectly.

Unless you already have some Woodleighs handy or a cheap sourse, I doubt they're worth the effort.... My humble $.02


A cup and core 150 no kidding when you could have scared them to death with the Barnes Thriple XYZ bullet?
