True. Next year I have higher hopes as I've actually got some knowledge after having feet on the ground. I'm also going to spend WAY more time scouting in the off season. I was working midnights this year and became a lazy ass on my days off.
I have some inside info on some birds in Wyo, so maybe, just maybe I'll find some come December. Also I still plan on heading down to Texas for Quail, maybe i'll have some luck down there.
Otherwise, this is by far the worst hunting season I've ever had. I feel bad for my dog lol.
