National permit is not a good idea. The Feds can shut down permission as easily as they can grant it. Then no one would be "allowed" to carry.
This! the only way I would want the feds involved would either the SC rule that the 2A includes constitutional carry and that you did not need a permit from anyone to carry or a ruling that mandated national reciprocity.
