There are plenty of examples in the past few months. Usually you are told you are crazy, or that the reticle is within spec.

I have seen canted reticles with nearly every manufacture. Vortex, Leupold, Schmidt, Nikon, and many others. Contact the manufacture, explain that the reticle is canted with CS and they will take care of that for you.
