Probably could get buy with one gun'- Remington 11-87 12g. W/2 barrels 1 accepts 4 chokes 2nd. is a slug barrel also 11/2-4 power scope. Lots & lots of shells. Just too name 4 others A long discontinued 22 mag. pistol that holds 30 rounds. Everyone's choose a 10-22 scoped of course A 376 Styr that is good for elk to buffalo. 6 power scope. Remington 45. Similar to Colt I carried in VietNam
MY choice of the 22 mag was difficult with the 45 pistol & 22 rifle. First it's a cool pistol by holding 30 rounds, second it's a lot quiter than a 45 but granted noisier that a 22lr, but the added energy will take down feral dogs, wild hogs, coyotes, turkeys. & even small deer. The 376 is a versatile caliber that is good for deer to African game. I have a lot of ammo & reloading components for all the rifles referenced. Last inventory I had over 19,000 primers, many boxes of bullets, lots of brass, & assorted powders. tbear

This is always a good exercise. My friends and I have done it a couple of times, but always with our own, presently owned guns. And I can never bring myself down to just 5...
But, here goes....
1. Ruger 10-22 sporter w/Green Mountain barrel. 2. Ruger Mark II SS 6.875 tapered barrel 3. Colt Light Rifle in 30-06 (and it would go to Melvin) 4. Remington 1100 in 12ga (I'll need a rifled barrel for it) 5. Because I'm forced into one handgun, a Glock 23.
If there were a good rimfire conversion for the Glock, I would replace the Ruger pistol with a good AR in .223
But 5 is just too few for me. Hell, I even had to leave my Krag off the list. Does it get an exemption because its 120+ years old? 👍

Glock makes a 19/23 sized .22. You might be able to just get the "upper" and mags.
I'll have to look into this myself.

So in this scenario, are we talking ourselves or selves + family.
Guns we currently own, or given the scenario at hand the 5 we wish we did.

Why would anyone do some dumb sh it like that? Sorry. The thread isn't for retards such as yourself. Check out the Maser thread and your commentary will probably be more appropriate on that one.

Guns we currently own, or given the scenario at hand the 5 we wish we did. The only one that might give problems to my family is the Gold Cup, though the recoil isn't any worse than the Governor. I just think my wife and daughter would handle the Governor better. I'd probably have a 30-06 instead anyway. But yeah, apply it to others in your family if you so desire. I've got a wife and two kids and the daughter's boyfriend to think about, so five guns total is pretty light for the whole crew anyway.

I like to keep it simple and don't think you need any really big guns to get by so.....
Colt 6920 556 Colt 6920 556 Glock 19 9mm Ruger 10/22 22lr Ruger Mark IV 22lr
Biden's most truthful quote ever came during his first press conference, 03/25/21. Drum roll please...... "I don't know, to be clear." and THAT is one promise he's kept!!!

Some choices here are great guns, But not so easy to re-up on ammo.
