Norwegians prefer an enclosed car rather then a bike in extremely cold weather. grin We probably have more roads in a small state then they have in their entire country. Just a Guess

Wait until the EU mandates electric fishing boats, THAT'S when the Norwegians will revolt. I suspect, since they have over a thousand miles of coastline, that will get them fired up. It's probably easier to take a boat to their destination than drive someplace.

Bingo... A country the size of Montana. With 5 times the population of Montana. But, less than 40% of the road miles of Montana... Norway would rank 41st in number of road miles if it were a U.S. state.

Let' not forget the real reason for the EV push. It is simply a way for the government to be able to control the distance any citizen is able to move in a given amount of time. Without the ability to travel, a people cannot rebel. All EV cars will have a function built into them that will allow the government to shut the vehicle down completely. I.e. Covid emergency lockdowns, ESG, etc. I am sure you have all seen the videos of Teslas, owned by people who aren't making payments, that will drive themselves to a waiting tow truck. EV's have nothing to do with efficiency, alternative energy, or anything else aside from government control.

It's already happening.

They are buying them in my neck of the woods and pulling a 30-40k sxs behind them.
