Never. The Feds were actually in negotiations with the Hammonds prior to the Bundy take over. The Bundys f'ked them royally on that, and said negotiations are "on hold".

America needs to understand that our troops are not 'disposable'. Each represents a family; Fathers, Mothers, Sons, Daughters, Cousins, Uncles, Aunts... Our Citizens are our most valuable treasure; we waste far too many.
