If the 49ers had any decency this son of a shoat would be cut or at the very least benched and fined for conduct detrimental to the team. But, he won't be. He will be coddled and protected.

Hopefully, one of his linemen will "miss" a tackle and some big defensive end will lay the hurt on him.
