Will keep these in mind for next time.

The soup I ended up making had;

2 cans low sodium chicken broth

1 can diced tomatoes

6 tomatillos

1 bell pepper

2 lbs diced ham

1 diced onion

1 Ts. chili powder

2 Tbsp. Tapatio

2 Tbsp. green Tobasco

It actually turned out pretty darn good!

I've lost 13 lbs in the last month, on my low carb. diet!
