It's easy!

Just get yourself an Atkins carb counter book, that tells you the carb content of foods, and just eat the lowest carb stuff.

You can eat all the meat you want, and most fish also.
Plus the fat is carb free also, and good for helping you feel full.

Just stay away from starch, sugar, and grains.

No bread, 'taters, or rice.

And NO candy, soda pop or beer!


It's WORKING for ME!!! I've lost 14 lbs. in a month!

Scotch has ZERO carbs, so I can have a wee nip w/water! (GRIN!)
