You were asking about what to drink.

On this diet you need to drink at least 8-8oz. glasses of water per day to help keep yourself "regular"

Lots of low carb. vegetables help me with this also.

I drink sugarless ice tea. White wine is only .8 carbs per small glass, so I drink a little of it also.

One can drink diet pop but I don't care of it personally.
