Yes, it's possible, but barrels are controlled goods when crossing borders. We don't need any paperwork for shipping barrels from a store to a customer on this side of the border either. If I carried a barrel across the border without declaring it, they would be pumping sunshine to me for a few years, No worries. We have an importer here, so barrels aren't a problem.
