Driving truck, and just living here and spending time in the Hillbilly state, I have seen a lot of American backwaters. But, those are the places I love. They comprise my list of "places I would like to live, if I didn't have to work for a living."
Now as too chitholes, any city that has 10k or more population.
Parents who say they have good kids..Usually don't!
