They say they just move in while you are gone and have a friend send a letter to that address with your name on that location. So then the law acts like you are renting the place because of the mail showing your residence. I would probably go to jail for something bad.
Yep what I saw it appeared they were jumping through loopholes in the system, and states need to address the problem with new laws.
