Then they asked if they were getting their one-month rental deposit back. Uh, no?

It took my wife, son and I two days to clean the place, then had professional carpet cleaning, but no damage...

Got good ones now- one has been in there for 9 years. He did set fire to the place once....

I think the other one (2 years) is off parole now.... smile
