For just big game hunting...

Remington Custom Shop M7-KS in .350 Remington Magnum... This would be blackened stainless like the M7 AWR and have a 18.5" barrel with open sights instead of the 20" normally on the KS. Camo stock and 2.5-8 Leupold with a one piece Weaver base and Leupold QD rings.

Second rifle would be in .308. Either another M7-KS or maybe a Kimber Montana.
