Some people tend to lose pocket knives with alarming regularity. I somehow manage to avoid that problem, but I still view a pocket knife as a tool that may be misplaced, so I don't put the proper amount of investment into it. My standard daily knife is an Imperial jacknife that the NRA sent me a number of years ago. Sometimes I carry a one-blade Buck lockback. They have both served me very well. I appreciate and care for them, but I do not bow down and worship them at designated times during the day.
